We ship orders within 1-2 business days not including weekends and holidays. You will receive an email notice when your order has shipped
PLEASE NOTE that we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. Please check that your shipping address is your current address before completing your purchase. Packages returned to us due to an incomplete address will be sent again after you pay additional shipping charges or the order will be refunded (minus the original shipping charges). We do not replace or refund orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by buyers.
International Shipping: Taxes, Customs, and Duties
Just Celebrate ships from the USA. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays in customs or returned packages due to failure to pay taxes in your country.
Returns
We do not accept returns on jewelry or drinkware items.
Refunds are considered on a case by case basis for party supplies and décor. We must be contacted within 2 days of receipt of item. No refunds are considered when items have been opened or used. No refunds for Shipping charges.
Any returns approved must be received back within 7 days of purchase. If you experience any problem with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Please be sure to include your order number. We will not accept or process unauthorized returns.
